These are New, Never mounted Head Light Covers. They're selling at a discounted price because they're old inventory and may be dirty or have minor scratches on them. They're not damaged in anyway that would require anything other than standard paint prep like light sanding and priming.
These will include 2 headlight decals as pictured. These fit great on the flat covers.
